CALL OF DUTY^®: MODERN WARFARE^® 4 BETA

You can pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on the Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Battle.net, Steam Store and most retailers.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 early access Beta codes are available for Xbox Series X|S,  PlayStation® 5, PC Battle.net, Xbox on PC, or PC Steam.

You don't need one! Code redemption is not necessary for digital pre-orders through the Microsoft Store or PlayStation Store, or pre-purchases through Battle.net or Steam. You're automatically registered to participate in Early Access for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta on Xbox, PlayStation, Xbox on PC, Battle.net or Steam if you have pre-ordered digitally on those platforms. When the Early Access begins, you'll be able to download it immediately.

In most cases, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Early Access Beta code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt. If you didn't receive an early access beta code or can't locate it, please contact your retailer.

• Pre-Order Early Access runs from August 21st – August 25th

• Open Beta access is available for all players from August 28th – September 1st

Pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4* for Xbox Series X|S , PlayStation® 5, PC Battle.net, Xbox on PC, or PC Steam from a participating retailer, Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Battle.net or Steam Store. When you pre-order or pre-purchase from a participating retailer, you will receive a 13-character early access Beta code redeemable at callofduty.com/betaredeem (example: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX).

Please note: Open Beta early access codes are only required for pre-orders through a participating retailer. If you pre-ordered through the Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Battle.net, Steam Store you are automatically validated to participate in Early Access for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta.

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and follow the instructions on the page to reserve your spot in Early Access for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta. Once your Early Access Beta code is successfully redeemed, you will be registered for Early Access. Registered players will then receive an Early Access Beta token via email before the Open Beta begins.

You'll need to log in with an Activision account and enter your Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Early Access Beta code.

If you don't have an Activision account, you can create a free one. After creating your free account, you'll be sent an account verification email to the address you provided.

To ensure you receive updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision profile to check or make changes to your registered email address.

If you've lost, can't find, or can't read your Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Early Access Beta code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your code.

You'll receive a code only for the console that you pick when you register your Early Access Beta code.

Tokens will be sent close to the beginning of your Beta start date. Specific timing TBA.

Activision will send your Early Access Beta Token to the registered email address that you have provided in your Activision account. To ensure you receive updates on the Beta, please double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision profile to check or make changes to your registered email address.

After the Early Access Beta Tokens are emailed, they will also be available at www.callofduty.com/betaredeem.

Modern Warfare 4 pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 will begin on August 26.

Players on Nintendo Switch 2 will be able to jump into the Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta Weekend (MW4 Beta Weekend 2) starting on August 28. No pre-order is required to participate.
