Although the Ticket Hall has a beautiful ceiling, it’s also a potential hot spot, as action can spill in from the West and Main Platforms. If an engagement happens, use the information booth and the stairwell for cover.
If you parachute from the Superstore – especially from the pitched roof – you can land on top of the roof sections in the Parking Lot. Here, you could get some unique high ground against enemies within the lot or that are checking out of the Superstore.
Before the Barakett Market set up shop, Central Square Park offered lush open green spaces. This is great for taking a stroll, but not so much for taking cover; stick to the walls and head for landmarks within the park, such as the monument, to hide from enemies lurking in nearby buildings.
The Skybridge windows can be shot through and broken, allowing you to do some scouting around the outside of the Hospital. However, because of these windows, you may also be more exposed than you think; be cautious of counter-snipers while up on the Skybridge.
Given that the northeast border of Verdansk has few structures, the main roads can be dangerous as they are the only points of interest. If you have to travel out here, consider cutting through the natural environment or rolling along the Karst River.
There is another Vacant office just outside of what we all know as Vacant. This building provides excellent sightlines and could be a great counter-sniping position against a team that has taken control of the Vacant building area.
Craving some close-quarters combat? Coax the enemy team to meet you in the Training Course, which is cluttered and complex for being such a small footprint in Verdansk as it references a classic Call of Duty map. Just watch out for any operators who may be refereeing from the watchtower.
The School not only offers a large chance at multiple item and Supply Box spawns, but also a fantastic view over Riverside from its roof. So long as you watch for snipers on the ridge, this locale can be a great place to set up shop.
Although the Verdansk Processing Warehouse, as well as an Apartment and Office, are outside of the actual Verdansk Hospital, they are still a part of the Hospital area. If your squad is dropping in and seeing the Hospital fill up quickly, it’s not a bad idea to call an audible and land in either of these two locations.
A tunnel on the west side of the Zordaya Prison Complex allows for discrete entry/exit point to the complex in multiple areas, such as the Showers and the main cell hub. If you’re looking to escape – or enter – the complex, try jumping into this tunnel.
