Pro Tips

Open the Flood Gates

Tip #271

Open the Flood Gates

VERDANSK CENTRAL AND SOUTH ZONE 4E

The Gora and Karst Rivers are mostly a transitionary area, save for their Flood Gates, which can be a great place to take cover. Just be careful about climbing the ladders out of here; if you are planning on doing so, it may be wise to pack a pistol along for self-defense.

Planned Community Apartments

Tip #236

Planned Community Apartments

VERDANSK SOUTHWEST ZONE 3D

Because some apartment buildings within the Barakett Promenade look the same, your squadmates may be confused if you tell them you are “in an apartment.” So, it may be good to ping the exact area you are in or use the compass or surrounding points of interest as guideposts.

Graveyard Shift

Tip #217

Graveyard Shift

VERDANSK WEST ZONE 2G

Unsure of where to start scavenging within the Verdansk Graveyard area? The nearby Pharmacy, Bank, and Police Station be a reliable stop during your campaign for an end game loadout. It’s not a bad idea to land here first, then spread out to the rest of the area.

Run the Course

Tip #182

Run the Course

VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1C

Craving some close-quarters combat? Coax the enemy team to meet you in the Training Course, which is cluttered and complex for being such a small footprint in Verdansk as it references a classic Call of Duty map. Just watch out for any operators who may be refereeing from the watchtower.

Crane Game

Tip #280

Crane Game

VERDANSK EAST ZONE 5D

It is possible to reach the top of every crane in Port, although it requires some parachuting. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with one incredible 360-degree sightline that goes from across the Karst River all the way to the Gulag.

Summit All Up, And You Get Plenty of Action

Tip #169

Summit All Up, And You Get Plenty of Action

VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1A

The individual buildings within Summit offer great CQB opportunities, especially the familiar sights of the main Command and Control Center. However, snipers and long-range weaponry can rule the spaces between buildings… Just watch your step, lest you fall into the gorge below!

Bunker Hopping

Tip #181

Bunker Hopping

VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1C

Travelling across the Military Base, especially when hopping from hangar to hangar, might be a daunting task on foot. Given how little cover there is on the roads and runway, using a vehicle around here isn’t a bad idea, and in some cases, you might just find one lying around on the base.

Familiar Ground

Tip #264

Familiar Ground

VERDANSK CENTRAL AND SOUTH ZONE 4D

This area may be one of the most unique within Verdansk, but don’t feel overwhelmed: there are plenty of familiar buildings, such as police stations, fire stations, pharmacies, and a video store, that can help ease you into fights in the big city.

A Great Bodyshop

Tip #281

A Great Bodyshop

VERDANSK EAST ZONE 5D

Remember to check every office in the second and third floors of the Bodyshop; you never know what Ground Items, or even a Supply Box, may find itself in this sneakily intricate interior.

Hatching a Plan

Tip #177

Hatching a Plan

VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1B

The Javdinsk Missile Silo is at a high elevation point. Whether you take to the cliffside or dare to dart across the hatch itself, this place may be a good rest stop and scouting point before heading off into the Military Base or Riverside.
