Multiple parked trains within the Train Station could contain plenty of items, and otherwise serve as great cover pieces. While keeping mind of your exposure to the outside through the open windows and doors, be prepared for close-quarters fights with fellow train surfers within the narrow train cars.
If you can grab a helicopter after building a sniping loadout, you could parachute up to the tallest gondola in the Ferris Wheel, which provides incredible views of the Promenade, Downtown, Tavorsk Park and the Hospital. Just be sure to pack a Self-Revive Kit when taking a ride on the Ferris Wheel, because if you go down, your squad may not be able to reach you for a revive.
The most obvious of the bunkers around Verdansk is the complex north of Bloc 18, which is nary a secret even to novice travelers. Still, some call this a “secret spot,” not because the bunkers are [[REDACTED]], but because this area tends to have a Buy Station, plenty of items, and sometimes even a Contract here for a great start to a Battle Royale.
If you parachute from the Superstore – especially from the pitched roof – you can land on top of the roof sections in the Parking Lot. Here, you could get some unique high ground against enemies within the lot or that are checking out of the Superstore.
The hangars within the Arklov Peak Military Base – and by extension some Verdansk Airport hangars – are a lot larger than you think. Be prepared for long-range combat indoors, as these hangars were meant to fit planes that could almost hold the whole lobby.
The main area of Bloc 18 east of the Karst River has a few familiar locales: A Fire Station, Video Store, and Police Station. If you’re searching for guaranteed ammo and other items that could be a bit out of the way, look no further than here.
Underpasses around Verdansk, such as the one at Grazna Bridge, often go overlooked for items and Supply Boxes due to their disadvantageous position. However, if you spot an Orange Rare Supply Box down here, it may be worth the trouble of going under a bridge.
Given that the northeast border of Verdansk has few structures, the main roads can be dangerous as they are the only points of interest. If you have to travel out here, consider cutting through the natural environment or rolling along the Karst River.
Compared to the rest of Krovnik Farmland, its Southern Farm section is like a small Suburb. Be sure to check every house for items – and enemies – and if you can take the risk, try climbing up on the water tower for an impressive view of the Farmland area.
With only the deep ocean blue behind you, travelling around to the southwest end of the Prison’s foundation could be a safe way to infiltrate the complex via exterior ascender. If you are already on the yard, it’s not a bad idea to set up an equipment trap or two at this ascender’s landing.
