SECTOR 1: VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1D: KARST RIVER QUARRY

One of the tutorials for Warzone takes place at Karst River Quarry, making it one of the easiest zones to study in the game. If you’re just starting out in Warzone and mastered those tutorials, there is no shame in landing in this familiar territory.

An Aside on Riverside

SECTOR 1: VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1B: BLOC 23, JARVDINSK SPOMENIK, RIVERSIDE

If you want to potentially get the jump on players at the Dam or other points northwest, skip them and land towards Riverside. With it being at a less extreme location on the map and having plenty of buildings for loot opportunities, your squad could set some ambushes for enemies sprinting towards a safe zone.

The parking garage is deceptively complicated for an area. From military tents to ground loot taking up parking spaces, it’s not a bad idea to explore every part of this lot or decide to land here against the more obvious Airport areas.

You Could Fit an Airplane in There

SECTOR 1: VERDANSK NORTH ZONE 1C: ARKLOV PEAK MILITARY BASE

The hangars within the Arklov Peak Military Base – and by extension some Verdansk International Airport hangers – are a lot larger than you think. Be prepared for long-range combat indoors, as these hangars were meant to fit planes that could hold the whole lobby.

Terrace on the Tavorsk Park

SECTOR 4: VERDANSK CENTRAL AND SOUTH ZONE 4E: TAVORSK PARK AND STYOR SPOMENIK

The Styor Spomenik has one of the best vista points over the park by way of its spiral staircase. Those with long-range loadouts should gravitate towards here when on the hunt within this area.

Don’t Get Lost in the Containers

SECTOR 5: VERDANSK EAST ZONE 5D: CITY OF VERDANSK PORT

Cargo Processing has a single dead-end that could hold a surprise… And that surprise can be an enemy player. Be sure to double check this location when travelling through Port, preferably with an explosive or Tactical Grenade.

The Central Barn in Krovnik Farmland is notorious for being a combat magnet, especially if there is plenty of loot here. Even in a rural location like Krovnik Farmland, beware of coming through this massive barn.

There is another empty office just outside of what we all know as Vacant. This building provides excellent sightlines and could be a great counter-sniping position against a team that has taken control of the Vacant building area.

National Acropolis Bank branches - and the main branch in Downtown - have a higher chance of spawning Cash drops. If you want Cash, then you may have to consider a quick heist…

Krovnik Farmland features plenty of natural elements untouched by industry. It’s great to travel through with a vehicle, as there are fewer objects to hit, but when you’re on the run… Cover may be limited.
