Cipher is the renegade hybrid product of a black budget project that fused condemned inmates with advanced combat sub-systems. Augmented reflexes, enhanced physiology, and an electrically stimulated bloodlust ensure high lethality in any environment.
Escaping during a bloody uprising, Cipher’s team now operate as mercenaries, harboring a burning vendetta against those who created them.
BlackCell users can deploy as the augmented Cipher at the start of the season, joined by his team of mercenaries in the BlackCell: Cipher Collection including his allies “DoxBit,” “Trace,” and "Hex” unlocked through completing in-game challenges.

Next to nothing is known about the presumed wet works specialist, Spectre. The designation itself is a codename agreed on by the various agencies that have pooled their intelligence on unsolved assassinations, inferring his or her existence based on either evidence found at the scene, or from fragmentary reports given by shaken bystanders.
Despite heavy redaction, all accounts suggest an individual capable of extraordinary stealth; able to evade or neutralize the most sophisticated of manned or automated security set ups. In every case, Spectre’s victims have been slain with surgically precise mid-line stab wounds with rarely any signs of struggle.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Pre-Order Bonus Camo
Players who pre-order or pre-purchase either of the Digital Editions of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 (Standard or Vault Edition) will receive the Gilded Pearl Weapon Camo Pack in Black Ops 7. The Pack consists of:
- The Moonlit Pearl Universal Camo in Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone, which also unlocks instantly in Modern Warfare 4.
- The Gilded Pearl Camo Pack Challenge in Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone, going live on July 23 at 12PM PT.
Complete the Gilded Pearl Camo Pack Challenge to unlock the following:
- The Gilded Ruin Universal Camo in Black Ops 7, which also unlocks instantly in Modern Warfare 4.
- If you are one of the first 100,000 players to complete the Gilded Pearl Camo Pack Challenge, the Gilded Ruin Universal Camo you unlock also comes engraved with a unique, first-of-its-kind serialized number displayed on ranged weapons equipped with the camo.
The Challenge requires players to earn 5,000 Skull Score in Black Ops 7 by eliminating enemies across Endgame, Multiplayer, Zombies, and/or Call of Duty: Warzone. Enemies have a different criteria and Skull Score depending on the mode you are playing:
- Endgame: Defeat enemies. 5 Skull Score per elimination. 1,000 eliminations needed.
- Multiplayer: Defeat other players: 10 Skull Score per elimination. 500 eliminations needed.
- Zombies: Defeat enemies: 1 Skull Score per elimination. 5,000 eliminations needed.
- Call of Duty: Warzone: Defeat other players: 30 Skull Score per elimination. 167 eliminations needed.
The faster you complete the Challenge, the lower the serialization number will be. Players who complete the Challenge after all Serialized Camos are awarded will still earn the second Camo without the serialization.
Verify Your Email and Unlock Double XP Tokens, Weapon Camo
If you haven’t done so already, unlock a wealth of Double XP and the Universal Weapon Camo “Veiled Aurora” simply by verifying your email. Verifying your Call of Duty account email helps strengthen security. Once you complete this verification, expect the following to be added to your Call of Duty Account:
- 1-Hour 2XP Level Tokens (x5)
- 1-Hour 2XP Weapon Tokens (x5)
- 1-Hour 2XP Battle Pass Tokens (x5)
For those who have previously verified, rewards will have been automatically added to your inventory.
