Reznov “Command Unit” Skin: How to Claim
Here is how to redeem Reznov for use in Call of Duty: Mobile…
Step 1: If you haven’t already, create or link your Activision Account in Call of Duty: Mobile. Click here for detailed instructions on how to do this.
Step 2: Preorder any digital edition of Black Ops 7 for your system of choice (on console or PC) by November 14. This can be a Cross-Gen Edition of the game or the Vault Edition (which has added reward benefits; see below). Go here to preorder the game. If you’ve already preordered the game, continue to Step 3.
Step 3: Once Black Ops 7 launches on November 14, log into Call of Duty as soon as possible on launch day. Doing so will ensure that your Activision ID is accounted for to receive the “Reznov — Command Unit” Skin in Call of Duty: Mobile.
Step 4: Check your in-game mailbox in Call of Duty: Mobile to redeem the “Reznov — Command Unit” Skin. The item will be granted to your Call of Duty: Mobile inventory sometime during a 30-day delivery period starting November 21. Delivery will occur in phases and will be completed by December 21. After December 21, eligible players who did not receive the “Command Unit” skin can reach out to Activision Support for assistance. Missing item claims must be made by January 17, 2026.
Game Pass Subscribers: To access the “Reznov — Command Unit” Skin in Call of Duty: Mobile, Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC subscribers must link their account (see above) and log in to CODHQ on the platform where they are an active Game Pass subscriber by November 14, and continue maintaining an active Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass PC subscription.
Please note that to receive the “Reznov — Command Unit” skin in CODM, the Activision account used to log into Call of Duty must be the same account linked to your Call of Duty: Mobile app.

The “Reznov — Command Unit” Skin is available in Call of Duty: Mobile no matter which digital version of the game you preorder (Cross-Gen or Vault Edition).
