In a frozen Alaskan village torn by rebellion, JSOC confronts Cordis Die insurgents as advanced tech collides in ferocious combat. Move throughout the once idyllic setting, from Main Street to the Crash Site and their immediate surroundings. Fight for possession of the map’s major power positions in the Wood Shop, Post Office, and Motel Balcony, or stick to the dirt roads, skirmishing in the mud around the smoking wreckage of battle.

Scar Intel

1. Such power: Control the power positions and you can control the map. From the Post Office to the Wood Shop and the Motel Balcony, Scar offers several major power positions with commanding views of the action below. Fight for your spot and don’t let up.

2. Perk up: Equip the Specialist Wildcard to beef up your Operator with additional Perks when you go on a streak. With smart use of the map’s power positions, you’ll be racking up extra abilities in no time.

3. Right under their nose: Need to move fast but there’s an enemy marksman blocking your path? Use the Active Camo Field Upgrade to gain near invisibility, helping you get past them undetected. Keep moving to your next target or dislodge them with a surprise attack.

Advanced Map Tips

Wood Shop #1 — Alpha (A)

The northern Wood Shop window covers nearly the entire length of the Crash Site and Trench. When you need to lock down this lane, this is the place to do it. It’s also the first spot you should check for enemies when entering the area from ground level.

Wood Shop #2 — Beta (B)

The vantage point on the other end of the Wood Shop is just as useful, offering a commanding view of Main Street and a portion of the Motel. Avoid standing at the very end of the opening if possible, an overly exposed position whose dangers can be mitigated by stepping back and controlling your angles.

Post Up — Gamma (Γ)

Like Wood Shop, the Post Office offers multiple vantage points connected via the interior and the outer roof. Keep the enemy guessing by changing up your position, moving from window to window, and don’t forget to check the staircase for enemy Operators attempting to ambush you from behind.
