TURBO TILT

Prebrief

Plunge onto the playfield in Turbo Tilt, where Operators are shrunk down to battle within the Nuketown Turbo Era Rampage pinball machine. In this fun-sized map, the bumpers, ramps, and targets come alive, acting as cover pieces and opening up flank routes and tactical opportunities. At the center of it all, a mushroom cloud rises over the play space, surrounded by signature Nuketown-inspired objects like the bus and green house window.

From the playfield to the mechanical underpinnings of the table, Turbo Tilt gives plenty of room to outmaneuver enemies, with flanking paths on either side of the central Nuke. Just like in pinball, winning is all about being in the right place at the right time and landing hits against key targets.

Turbo Tilt Intel

1. Listen to Archie: As the host to Nuketown Turbo Era Rampage, Archie Atom welcomes Operators and narrates important elements of the game. Keep an ear out for his announcements regarding the moving pinball. Listen for cues like “the fuse is lit” or “prime the warhead,” indicating that the ball is about to roll through the mushroom cloud track, knocking over Operators in its path.

2. Tilt the odds in your favor: You can’t score big without making big plays. Toss grenades to dislodge enemies behind bumpers, target foes running away from the pinball, and set up pincer attacks with your teammates to keep up the pressure and force the enemy team into the drain.

3. Side snipe: Don’t let Turbo Tilt’s size deceive you. Its distinct layout offers plentiful opportunities for long-range play. Snipe enemies down the middle and along the sides where targets have less room to move. For players who prefer close-ranged combat, refer to your minimap to help pinpoint the location of enemy snipers and determine the best flanking route to disrupt them.
