First introduced in the original Black Ops, Summit makes a triumphant return! Breach a dangerous facility perched atop a snow-covered mountain in this mid-sized Multiplayer map dominated by the central Control room.

Join the fight for possession of the main building or brace for the cold on the outer grounds, traversing pathways right up against the cliffside, including the precarious Bridge and Catwalk. The map’s balanced three-lane layout supports tactics for every playstyle, whether you’re seeking out distant sightlines to target enemies from afar or squeezing the most out of every cover point until you’re right up on the enemy’s tail.

Summit Intel

1. Tower access: At first sight, the Tower along the southern Cliffside may seem inaccessible with its ladder blocked from the ground. Instead, climb up onto the metal walkway within the Control room to jump out directly onto the Tower platform. Now that’s a view worth fighting for.

2. Gondola ride: For a more concealed vantage point compared to the Tower, use the small ramp by the nearby Bridge to jump inside the Gondola, providing an incredible ambush point against Operators moving along the Cliffside. But don’t overstay your welcome; the Gondola can quickly transform from a vantage point to a trap.

3. Clear the air: The map’s primary spawn points to the east and west extend a good way out from the main action. Use this advantage to clear the skies of enemy aerial threats without too much concern about getting ambushed while scanning for targets overhead.
