Pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One, Battle.net PC or Steam PC and get early access to the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta.

You can pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Battle.net PC, Steam PC and most retailers .

2. Which platforms are Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II early access Beta codes available for?

Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II early access Beta codes are available for PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net PC and Steam PC .

3. I pre-ordered Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II digitally but didn't receive an Early Access Beta code. Where can I find it?

You don't need one! Code redemption is not necessary for pre-orders through the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store, or pre-purchases through Battle.net. You're automatically registered to participate in Early Access for the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta on PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net PC or Steam PC. When the Early Access begins, you'll be able to download it immediately.

4. I pre-ordered Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II through a participating retailer. Where can I locate my Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code?

In most cases, the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt. If you didn't receive an early access beta code or can't locate it, please contact your retailer.

5. When is the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta?

Specific timing will be announced closer to the start of the Beta.

6. How do I get a Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code?

Pre-order or pre-purchase Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II * for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S / Xbox One, Battle.net PC or Steam PC from a participating retailer, the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Store, or Blizzard Battle.net. When you pre-order or pre-purchase from a participating retailer, you will receive a 13-character early access Beta code redeemable at callofduty.com/betaredeem (example: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX).

Please note: Open Beta early access codes are only required for pre-orders through a participating retailer. If you pre-ordered through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or Battle.net, you are automatically validated to participate in Early Access for the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta.

7. Where do I redeem my Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code?

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and follow the instructions on the page to reserve your spot in Early Access for the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta. Once your Early Access Beta code is successfully redeemed, you will be registered for Early Access. Registered players will then receive an Early Access Beta token via email before the Open Beta begins.

You'll need to log in with a Call of Duty® account and enter your Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code.

If you don't have a Call of Duty account, you can create a free one. After creating your free account, you'll be sent an account verification email to the address you provided.

To ensure you receive updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Call of Duty profile to check or make changes to your registered email address.

8. What should I do if I lost, can’t find, or can’t read my Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code?

If you've lost, can't find, or can't read your Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your code.

9. I have multiple console accounts linked to my Call of Duty account. On which accounts will I receive a Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Early Access Beta code?

You'll receive a code only for the console that you pick when you register your Early Access Beta code.

10. When will I get my Early Access Beta token?

Tokens will be sent close to the beginning of your Beta start date. Specific timing TBA.

Activision will send your Early Access Beta Token to the registered email address that you have provided in your Call of Duty account. To ensure you receive updates on the Beta, please double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Call of Duty profile to check or make changes to your registered email address.

After the Early Access Beta Tokens are emailed, they will also be available at www.callofduty.com/betaredeem.

11. Will my experience in the Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta transfer over to the full game?

No, experience will not carry over from the Open Beta.

Availability of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II Open Beta will vary by territory and retailer.
