About to head into the Lumber Yard? It may be wise to send one of your squadmates up onto the Rock Promontory, which has fantastic views over the north part of Lumber Yard.
All Police Stations and Guns and Ammo Stores in Verdansk still have active ammo cache. Interacting with one will refill the ammunition type of the weapons you currently have on you, although this can only be done once per ammo cache.
A collection of wooden pallets just outside the main warehouses can be an excellent place to sneak about and force close-quarters combat… Just don’t get stuck in here with an ATV, or you may have to abandon it.
Multiple Downtown buildings, such as the Verdansk Museum of Contemporary Art and XK Architects Tower, have extremely complex interiors. Be sure to check every dead end and office to maximize your loot earning potential, or to possibly find enemy stragglers in hiding.
The Zordaya Prison Complex Yard can hold valuable loot and even vehicles, but the guard towers and wall can house enemy sharpshooters. Be cautious when wandering out onto the yard, lest you be sent to the Gulag.
From the Railyard, you can follow the rail tracks by heading southeast, and travel (ideally by vehicle) throughout the entire map, tracing the railroad, and stopping off at multiple destinations. This rail network can be very helpful when learning the geography of Verdansk.
Need some cover while sniping on top of a building? Most tall towers in Downtown have a stairwell window, which provides a bit more protection at the cost of a narrower – but still solid – vista.
The parking garage is deceptively complicated for an area. From military tents to ground loot taking up parking spaces, it’s not a bad idea to explore every part of this lot or decide to land here against the more obvious Airport areas.
Many parts of Verdansk North, especially the School and Riverside, are also featured in Co-Op Special Operations within Operations Kuvalda, Harbinger, and Brimstone. If you have the full Modern Warfare experience, you can hop into those operations and explore the area further before dropping into it for Warzone.
If you can grab a helicopter after building a sniping loadout, you could parachute up to the tallest gondola in the Ferris Wheel, which provides incredible views of the Promenade, Downtown, Tavorsk Park and the Hospital. Just be sure to pack a Self-Revive Kit when taking a ride on the Ferris Wheel, because if you go down, your squad may not be able to reach you for a revive.
