Mastering all the weapons you can pick up in Warzone boils down to knowing its strengths and weaknesses, including their recoil size and pattern. If you want to test out a weapon outside of the Warzone, try upgrading to the full version of Modern Warfare®, loading up Multiplayer and testing it out in Private Matches.
If you have a vehicle, the Verdansk Highway system leads to nearly every major area on the map. If you don't, it may be wise to avoid the highways and proceed on foot on dirt trails, gulleys, or through dense forests, as you may be a sitting duck if you decide to play in highway traffic.
The Styor Spomenik has one of the best vista points over the park by way of its spiral staircase. Those with long-range loadouts should gravitate towards here when on the hunt within this area.
Abandoning your squad early before everyone has been eliminated? Then you will lose out on your match bonus, a serious amount of XP given to those who stick around until they are truly eliminated. Don’t be a rage quitter; stay in the match and collect that bonus!
There is no perfect sensitivity. However, if you want to learn how to play with a faster or slower sensitivity, try notching it up – or down – one level at a time and playing some Multiplayer matches in the full game of Modern Warfare®.
Multiple Downtown buildings, such as the Verdansk Museum of Contemporary Art and XK Architects Tower, have extremely complex interiors. Be sure to check every dead end and office to maximize your loot earning potential, or to possibly find enemy stragglers in hiding.
Although a lot of potential item and equipment spawn points are shown on the guide map, not all are guaranteed. Always look to your in-game Tac Map for the locations of Vehicles, Contracts, and other points of interest for your specific game session.
Because winning a Warzone match is tough, there are still plenty of rewards just by playing. Whether its all the XP earned during the match or mission and challenge progress earned, never feel that your loss in Warzone was in vain.
Pay close attention to your HUD for additional button prompts, lest you miss a grenade icon and get blown to bits. Furthermore, when your HUD flashes red, it means you are taking damage; the direction of where these red flashes come from indicate where you are taking fire from. Use this to take proper cover and call out enemies.
Because the various apartment buildings within the Barakett Promenade look the same, your squad may be confused if you tell them you are “in an apartment.” So, it may be good to ping the exact area you are in, or use the compass or surrounding points of interest as guideposts.
