Whether its atop the Fire Station or the Upper Dam, few vistas compare to what you’ll get atop the Gora Dam. Come here with the longest scope you have and look down below for any enemies worth engaging with.
Downtown boasts some of the tallest buildings in the game, which translates to the best 360-degre vistas. Even if you are in an area that’s around Downtown, always watch for sniper scope glints coming from any one of these tall towers.
With a helipad on the roof, the TV Station could have a helicopter ready for you to pilot out of this area. Alternatively, if you start to hear the whirr of those blades, look up towards the roof and you could catch a squad flying away from here.
The homes within the Novi Grazna Hills cul-de-sac could be a great landing spot, as there are multiple opportunities for loot and easy access to the busier Barakett Promenade area. If you are fighting within this area, you could use the smoke from the helicopter to help conceal you from long-range fire.
Because the various apartment buildings within the Barakett Promenade look the same, your squad may be confused if you tell them you are “in an apartment.” So, it may be good to ping the exact area you are in, or use the compass or surrounding points of interest as guideposts.
The Javdinsk Spomenik Memorial is at high elevation. Whether you take to the cliffside or the memorial itself, this place may be a good rest stop and scouting point before heading off into the Military Base or Riverside.
If you can grab a helicopter after building a sniping loadout, you could parachute up to the tallest gondola in the Ferris Wheel, which provides incredible views of the Promenade, Downtown, Tavorsk Park and the Hospital. Just be sure to pack a Self-Revive Kit when taking a ride on the Ferris Wheel, because if you go down, your squad may not be able to reach you for a revive.
Many parts of Verdansk North, especially the School and Riverside, are also featured in Co-Op Special Operations within Operations Kuvalda, Harbinger, and Brimstone. If you have the full Modern Warfare experience, you can hop into those operations and explore the area further before dropping into it for Warzone.
All Fire Stations have solid loot potential, including in their tall towers. These towers are often fantastic sniping perches with solid cover, so if you're looking to take the high ground, they are reliable sources for it.
Craving some close-quarters combat? Coax the enemy team to meet you in the Training Course, which is fairly cluttered and complex for being such a small footprint in Verdansk. Just watch out for any operators who may be refereeing from the watchtower.
