If you aren’t in a building within the Tavorsk Park, you may be exposed to those that are. When roaming around the park, try finding natural cover, such as rocks, cliffs, and trees, as you escape to a safer area.
Cargo Processing has a single dead-end that could hold a surprise… And that surprise can be an enemy player. Be sure to double check this location when travelling through Port, preferably with an explosive or Tactical Grenade.
The Switchbacks and Trails/Karst Transformer locations both have incredible sightlines over to the TV Station and Stadium, two main stops before hitting downtown. Given their obscurity, it may not be a bad idea to scout here prior to your assault on either locale.
With multiple staircases and ladders, the Train Station has one of the largest and most accessible roof areas in Verdansk. Use it to either snipe enemies within the train yard, or those wandering about the Barakett Promenade.
Snipers will find the vista from the Upper Woods area an underrated part of the Torsk Bloc zone. Come here after you loot the Bloc for a sniper rifle or other long-range weapon, and you may get some intel on potential enemies at the Hospital, Train Yard, or Airport Maintenance.
If you parachute from the Atlas Superstore – especially from the pitched roof – you can land on top of the roof sections in the Parking Lot. Here, you could get some unique high ground against enemies within the lot or that are checking out of the Superstore.
Although a lot of potential item and equipment spawn points are shown on the guide map, not all are guaranteed. Always look to your in-game Tac Map for the locations of Vehicles, Contracts, and other points of interest for your specific game session.
Grandma’s House may feel familiar to some, and with that comes a tip they know too well: check its attic, as it may have a squad taking a breather in here after looting around the Quarry or Lozoff Pass.
The hamlets that make up the far northwest side of Verdansk are far from densely populated areas, making them hidden gems for finding untouched Supply Boxes. Beware, however: given its place on the map, it may not be a viable looting place during other games and only for Plunder.
A collection of wooden pallets just outside the main warehouses can be an excellent place to sneak about and force close-quarters combat… Just don’t get stuck in here with an ATV, or you may have to abandon it.
