Although the guide sections out Verdansk into five sectors and over 330 points of interest, combat doesn't just take place within those areas. Be mindful of how battles can spill over from sector to sector, especially when it comes to long-range engagements.
With a helipad on the roof, the TV Station could have a helicopter ready for you to pilot out of this area. Alternatively, if you start to hear the whirr of those blades, look up towards the roof and you could catch a squad flying away from here.
The various structures in the Junkyard don’t have verticality, save for the Comms Tower. It can give you incredible sights over most of Verdank’s West side but will leave you with little cover... Be sure to coordinate with your teammates if you decide to take the climb up here.
The Stadium roof can only be accessible via parachute or helicopter and does not have any loot on it, but if you have a solid loadout, landing on this dome could give you an incredible 360-degree view of the surrounding area.
Need to take out a squad who has a penthouse suite in Downtown? The JOKR launcher can target objects on the roof and deliver a powerful payload from the sky. Or, fight fire with fire by taking up residency on another rooftop.
The parking garage is deceptively complicated for an area. From military tents to ground loot taking up parking spaces, it’s not a bad idea to explore every part of this lot or decide to land here against the more obvious Airport areas.
If you are the leading team in Plunder and need extra Cash, or want to avoid confrontation, consider exploring the far-flung areas of Verdansk away from the action. They could have unopened Supply Boxes or Contracts that could provide that final push without much confrontation.

You can quickly learn where you are in Verdansk by a few area markers: each major location has a name over it while infiltrating the Warzone, the Tac Map also has these major location names, and, at the top of your HUD, it will show the area you are currently in when applicable.
If you aren’t in a building within the Tavorsk Park, you may be exposed to those that are. When roaming around the park, try finding natural cover, such as rocks, cliffs, and trees, as you escape to a safer area.
