My opinion, I get 8-12 kills from a chopper gunner and maybe another 5-10 from dogs when I run Bird, Chopper, and Dogs. Sometimes more sometimes less, but my point is having unlocked all the perks in the specialist package yeah gives you some advantage but now they have to rely entirely on themselves to get kills, not a killstreak.
So I dont think once someone does get all the perks they'll get their 10-20 kills like they would if they had just used the high end assault strike packages to do the dirty work for them.
I mean you'd have to be pretty damn lucky to get that many kills once you've gone 8 straight without dying.
I just dont think it will be used as much as people think it will be.
