      Price?  He's obviously in MW3 so yes he will return.

      As for Ghost... we have no idea whether or not he's actually dead (I myself am in the "he's a dead man" camp).

        He's dead, the voice actor is doing another character in MW3, it would be stupid for him to do two characters with the same voice in the same game
