Will there be requirements for Pro Perks?

Simple enough question; are they going to have challenges that you need to complete in order to unlock Pro Perks like they did in Black Ops? I'm not talking about the joke ones like in MW2, I mean the good ones like from Black Ops.
i hope its not like black ops i hated having to play ctf just to get marathon pro the mw2 system was much better
I didn't mind having to earn Marathon that way at all. It made for great teamwork in Objective games.
I just hope it's not as easy as some of the Pro MW2 perks...
Cold-blooded Pro took ten minutes to get.
There will be requirements...
... how hard?
... gametype specific?
No one knows yet to my knowledge.
In terms of how many challenges required to unlock, I think Black Ops had it right, by completing three.
However, I don't think you should have to play a gametype you don't like, in order to unlock the pro ability.

It was more than just the specific gametype stuff that made it annoying in Black Ops. I hate air support so I liked using Ghost Pro so I could just forget it existed, but it was such a pain to find someone using a sentry gun in the first place. Then most of the time someone would be trying to protect their sentry gun so you had to deal with a camper just to get to the sentry gun.
It's the reason why I stopped prestiging in Black Ops.
My understanding is that Perk Challenges will be more like MW2 and not Blops -- which I love, because I absolutely HATED being forced to play gametypes I didn't like just to upgrade a perk that is useful in all gametypes.
Marathon never really should have been as easy as it was in MW2. As I said, I didn't mind having to do other Game Types for my Pro Perks; I like the challenge of having to defue/plant/capture. Plus, it helped me develop better communication skills w/my teammates.
Maybe you didn't mind it, but most of the community did. The bottom line is that we should NEVER be forced to play a specific gametype. I like Dom & only Dom (although I will be rocking some Kill Confirmed in MW3); the people I play with only play Dom -- we shouldn't have to play Demo, SnD, or Sabo and CTF for perks that are just as useful in Dom.
I don't mind MW3 perks having 3 challenge requirements to upgrade to Pro like in Blacks, but they should not be gametype specific challenges. Cod can be frustrating enough without exacerbating that by putting us in situations we don't find fun.
No, I wanted to cap flags w/o worrying about the constant dropping of Napalm, so I was FORCED to play Demo to get FJ Pro. I wanted to rush B flag before the enemy setup their tents around it, so I was FORCED to play CTF for Marathon Pro.
Say I'm crying all you want, but you just sound foolish. People should be able to upgrade their perks through the natural course of play w/o having to play gametypes they don't want to. Example: Why should people who only play TDM be FORCED to play objective gametypes so they can enjoy the benefits of Pro perks?
I think there's only one challenge for the Pro Perk, but they are harder then MW2 I think
I had no problem at all with MArathon Pro. Flags are easier to get than the 26 miles.
Besides, you don't NEED pro perks. If you want them, go after it. It shouldn't have to come to you. You should go after it.
I didn't have any problems w/Marathon, Ninja, Flak Jacket, none of them. If anything, Tactical Mask was a bigger pain than all three combined.
Having to do those game types encouraged a little less camping as well, IMO. It actually made people work toward the objective instead of just kill farming and spawn whoring.
Speaking of that, I really hope they patch the spawn system for objective games. Some of the spawn killing videos I saw from Black Ops were absoultely horrendous.
