ok now if u forward to the part where roach and ghost are dumped watch closely when ghost is dumped...

when he is rolling over facedown you can see his right hand form a loose formation of a poking formation and hit the back side of his mic on his headset.

There is a button on the back of his mic that is a distress call that sends not only a non respondable distress call but a location signal as well.

the other parts in the video make ghosts rescue even possible...

what occured next is easily explainable... shepheard got the hell out of there quickly while ghosts distress call was received by nikolai and he picked up ghost

when he states at the end "da- i know a place" it is where he took ghost and where he is trying to recoupe... because honestly there is no other place where they could go that has any meaning or purpose.

now it is at this point where it can divert...

1. ghost survives and carries on kicking ass

2. soap survives and ghost dies, but since soap has proved himself he takes on the mask of ghost for simply an intimidation factor and eventually adopts the persona of ghost.

long story short "ghost" survives and we will at one point play him in MW3
