Josh Olin just announced that he was leaving Treyarch.
I've had disagreements with him in the past, but in general I thought he was a pretty cool guy. Sad day for the Call of Duty community. =\
WOW! JD2020 & Terry Francona get the boot on the same day? I'll be right back . . . I'm going to play the lottery . . .
well... what is he going to do now?
Not a sad day for the PS3 community, we be celebrating
As is the 360 community. ![]()
I don't know how he got a job as CM in the 1st place. See, I could never be a CM because I complain too much & JD2020 complained twice as much as me. But, at least I'm active in the community -- it must've been nice for Olin to get paid for a year while Vahn did his job for him ...
Vahn should be the next to go, with JD we knew he hated PS3 players, Vahn just uses stealth for his hatred in poor coding
Disagree about Vahn... stand up guy IMO.
Vahn is such a nice guy.
Yes, the PS3 version of Black Ops was pretty terrible, but come on. Vahn is very focused on the community. He plays with fans, talks with fans on twitter, goes to the events, and actually invited (after launch) people to play with him to try and fix some of the problems.
You can disagree if you want, I think he is a prick and I have less time for him than a Spurs fan
He is an aggorant prick, wouldn't even let us know who the PS3 development team was, when asked about the PS3 he went defensive and disappeared, guy is a 360 dev and a nob
