With the release BF3's BETA, I've realized that the call of duty big titles did not release any demo until after the game's release. Why do they do that? are they so arrogant they believe they already have enough fans? i give them a little credit this year for cod XP but that's it!
Activision wants money, and beta costs money. Put those two together aand?
Only Treyarch's games seem to get demos and those are released after the game is released.
MW2 got a demo after launch.
Well I'll be...
It's no wonder I didn't know about the MW2 demo... it came out nearly a year after the game!

EA realized how much of a mistake it was to release a "beta" 1 month before launch.
More like 1-2 weeks before it gets shipped out to retailers.
Why does this questions keep getting replayed over and over?
Because the kids are desperate to play it, i wouldn't be surprised if so called "beta" scams start cropping up, causing ignorant kiddies to dish out their parents credit card info on the whim that they might see the game early lol.
thats fantastic
