Last 2 days - Screen Jumps - TREYARCH FIX! Extreme form of lag?

I have experienced horrible screen jumps the last 2 days and nothing has changed as far as my internet, settings, etc. Is this considered a form of lag...anyone with the tech nohow please chime in!

By screen jump I mean...for example I am running and go through the garage in Nuketown 2025 and then suddenly I will be back entering the garage for a second time. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and really Treyarch should be embarrased by how crappy this game plays with the constant disconnects, lag, and now even worse screen jumps. They haven't even released all their map packs and Treyarch has basically walked away from this game....my it R.I.P.

If you have the textures installed try uninstalling them and see if it helps.

Hey thanks for response. I do have textures installed...I thought this was supposed to help with issues like this and wear on your PS3....or am I incorrect to assume this? Appreciate any advice.

Well when the game first came out it helped a lot but the new update made it lag even more when the textures were installed. The install is located in the game data utility should be easy to find it doesn't have a version number.

If it doesn't work there are a few other things you could try but I don't think it'd help with freezes.

I've been having the same problem and it is sooo annoying! What are some of the other things you can try to sort this problem out?
