I just got off the phone with customer service and I was told the hack/mod is a couple weeks old. If by any chance you know the suspect is please report them through the game or you can call customer service and explain your problem to them and let them know of the suspect. The number is 8002256588. Like I said the hack is new so it is going to take some time for a fix, so it should take about 2-4 weeks, give them time and try to call only if you think you could be of some assists. So for the time being you can continue play with your existing account or you could create another for the time being.
