I accidentally used Fresh Start.  I was under the assumption that Fresh Start was just to Fresh Start Stats and not all the emblems, camos, and prestige that were unlocked.  It took me 8 days to get to my 8th Prestige.  I'm so depressed about this Frest Start because I thought it was a good benefit.  It's not even a benefit but kind of misleading for PS3 players.  PS3 players can easily create another account and have a Fresh Start.
