Cant open roster in clan management to kick

as the title says i cant open my roster when in clan management it just comes up error i've tried both the website and both elite apps through black ops 2 and mw3 i've even tried going from the ps3 xmb but still nothing help please anyone ?

I have the same issue its been this way for 2 months now and i have several open complaints with elite about this and no answers on when it will be fixed .
