Hacking allegations

So I've run into a few butthurt people who believe a few of the Aussie guys are hackers.

 

They swear black and blue to me (and even de-friended me) arguing that hacking is alive on WiiU. I've told them the system is safe from hackers at this point but they don't believe me. They have even saved videos of two guys here on the forums and told me that its proof. I fought back that theatre is recorded at the host and isn't accurate.

 

What I'm getting to is, how often does the forums hear this on a daily basis?

    It goes back to peoples fears after the debacle that was MW3 for hax, thats where hax really took off. Ive been accused of hacking myself, and I suck. I went 29-19 in 1 game and got 22 flag caps, coz the oppositon didnt know how to protect their rear - I got like 8000 xp and they clearly thought I was cheating.

     

    I had 1 woman accusing me of stalking her, following her with my hax! DAFUQ! We are a small community and play the same game mode, and come from the same area, so we are going to bump into each other. People are stupid sometimes and dont understand anything other than point and shoot.

     

    People can appear to hack when they have a good connection and everyone else doesnt - this happens a lot. Ive killed guys and theyre like "where the f%%k did you come from" and vice versa.

     

    Killcams may be accurate afterall

      This video is funny you know. I had a good week after the patch playing Dom going 51-10 on average. Getting two to three warthogs per match. Tonight this exactly was happening to me.

       

      What the heck is up with this game... Like I really enjoy the game when this isn't happening and a lot of my Aussie allies were on tonight (most of then from the same state) and this was still happening. This is the only downfall to this game IMO.

    Only real dumbasses who are paranoid blame others for hacking.

     

    WiiU isn't hacked yet and it probably won't be in a few months, first it will take time for hackers to find out how to hack it, even then we can't know sure how many people will cheat, because lets face it, Wii was piece of cake, what does it tell you when you see a 9 years old code abusing prick?

     

    I'm having high hopes that we can enjoy the system for a while until some no life scumback finds a way to hack it.

     

    I do see some people talking about hackers on Miiverse, but most of them are just stupid, blaming low ranked players who do well etc.

     

    Ingame, nah, I barely even hear any real insults.

     

    Today there was some NME clan insulting me and few other players. It's funny actually, I'M COMING FOR YOU *******!!!

     

    Guy who was using silenced PDW saying how a dude with HAMR TF was a noob, how amusing.

      I get a little angry when I'm constantly killed by auto fals, PDW's and target finders. But there's nothing you can do about it.

       

      People can whine but its already been done so that's that. People are always going to have an excuse for why they died whether it be OP guns or OP DA aim assist. You know what I say? Who cares. I played a whole night tonight just dying. In the end I just started trolling people, trying to crawl from one end of the map to the other (harder than it sounds) and hiding in plain sight.

       

      Tasks like this makes the game a lot less serious and fun.

        Funny thing, you and I seem to have same kind of idea of what to do when being constantly killed then.

         

        Today I was getting my ass kicked from Quickscopers, so I took my Ballista class and started to run around with it, it's funny how I was actally getting quickscope kills with Wiimote, though I always just snipe.

         

        Another funny thing was that while leveling up the KSG, got the challenges done for it BTW!!!, I just run at the distance you can only get a kill by headshotting with it, I jumped up and shot them right in the head, you've got no idea how much I was laughing at them when I heard their mics, "OMG WTF WAS THAT"

         

        However later I noticed a sad thing, it's just as easy for them to abuse KSG with "quickscoping", I can get high streaks without losing a gun fight with that shotgun, but when someone doesn't have as much difficulty to use it as I do, then I do feel like things aren't right, but I can hold mo own so, screw them all

    I record all my matches, so ask them which match they think I'm hacking in and I'll post it up on Youtube

      I watched the "evidence". You were playing on... The boat one. Using r870 and pumping that shotgun real fast. But you could easily tell it was just theatre mode being screwball. I've seen worse in my own theatre clips.

       

      He also has a clip of your brother that I didn't watch cause after the first one I just said "really dude?" And that was the end of our chat. He took me off his friends list and I haven't seen him since. But this dude isn't the only one. Had so many others say the same crap.

    There are hackers you just never ran into one my friend got demote I hope they put another update or patch to fix it

    While I understand that the WiiU hasnt been hacked yet, I DID see someone on the lobby leaderboards with a 470ish KDR and a 450,000+ Score per Minute. Either the game stats are going crazy or somehow, theres hackers lurking. I'm gonna go with the game being broken.

      Ive played players with prestige maxed out with only 10 to 12,000 kills, not possible. One comes to mind, his name on BO 2 is "FS2000". He was a hacker on MW3 . Reported him several times, but says im crazy. I got my Wii-U before he did and hes done maxed out. So you make the call that there is or not hacking.

    I have seen some questionable things by a certain player who posts here in this forum. I'm not so sure if its hacking or lag switching or just plain old BO2 BS. Nothing is certain thats for sure..

      I have heard rumors ingame that it has infact been hacked.  I have also heard that one person in the forum is hacking.  I have yet to see any evidence ingame of either being true but its out there.  I just ignore it.  If i ever find myself in a hacked lobby i will just leave.

        I don't believe it's hacked yet, the hackers just can't keep it to themselves, they never could.

         

        As for the messed up ingame stats, it's a glitch that happens because of local gamemode, my friend had it, he had 4.012314242134123 UAVs used.

         

        Local caused 3 data corruptions to me, I got demoted by several ranks.

      I've yet to see anyone who I believe is hacking.  The closest thing I've seen is people "downgrading" their connection so they can "blink" from place to place and you cant hit them while they are running.

        Nope, like I said, there's tooooo much BS in this game that I can't be certain of anything. So i'm not going to mention any names. But its not who you're thinking of. I haven't seen him playing for a long time now anyway. I have seen an AoS member recently though who is a very good player. Never thought I would say that but credit where credits due.

    I know how you feel...I cant tell you how many times ive been reported by TF noobs and tryhards after getting a 3+ K/D in multiple rounds. I use the M8A1 (w/ Hybrid Optic and Adj.Stock) as my primary weapon (BEST gun in BO2 imo ) and people say its impossible to have so many kills with a burst weapon. My K/D is 1.8+. I'd hardly call that a hacker's K/D. Some people think that checking corners and never sticking around one area (i.e not camping) is unfair....
