This may be the most simplistic (and probably stupid) question for some of you. So I apologize for my retardedness in advance! 

I currently have a clan on Elite, that was built by me as the Clan Leader for PSN. IF I wanted to start an xbox branch, do I use the same clan name to invite xbox members or do I create a new one meaning starting from scratch to level up? I am a little confused on this part in regards to xbox and ps3 user collaboration.

Please help!
