PLEASE HELP ... CAN I RESTORE MY MW3 DATA FROM THIS SITE BACK ONTO MY PS ???

i seem to have lost all my mw3 data like my prestige and my emblems and all my gameplay info .. i logged into elite and its all still on this website ... can i transfer it back onto my playstation and carry on as usual on my profile ????  SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ..... i will be heartbroken if i have to start from 0%
