Why Am I not earning titles and emblems for my guns.

I had a gold P90 with over 1000 kills and gold cammo but I never got any titles for it

Which Titles are you inquiring about? Some of those Titles require you to Prestige at least once in order for the Prestige Challenges for Guns to show up: Veteran and Master.
