Any one else find it a bummer that you can hardly ever join a friend on a match

I've been having this issure when I try to join a session and start a party with friends and i get the error "ERROR unable to join session" or "Server is Full" 95% of the time is there any way to fix this or can Treyacrch or Activision can fix this proble???

    I've had this issue a few times as well.

    You want them to kick someone out of the lobby just because you want to play? Message your friend and tell them to back out and start a game when you're in a party.

      I think what he is saying is, "There server is not full and there is room."

       

      I have had this, a friend has told me there are 5 or 6 slots but if I go to join him I get that message. So they have to back out and invite me. This is only frustrating if your friends were in a good lobby, good connection, descent players etc.
