Don't know if anyone can help me but everytime i play this on multiplayer i find my rank and ahievements are reseting level 1. I've not done anything wrong knowingly and have had no notification that i am banned. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it. I've asked Activision via the on-line form but I think it only covers black ops 2 ??

Could my profile be corrupt.
