Hello should I contact the ACCC Activision?? do you think I would have a case? here is my point of view so let me know if you think I should dob you guys in lol.... My issue is your banning people from a product that they have paid good money for, but at the time of purchase you didn't state that this Probation would be implemented in any shape or form or at any time. In fact ATTOP you didn't state that early exits would cause owner loss of server access.
The main issue I have is that your game search is Faulty, when it is working you get good connections, and the game is playable, but when you get randomly dumped in high lag rooms the game is unplayable (this is able to be proven).
I own my stats, they are my property (as they are locked to my account) therefore I am within my rights (in Australia) to protect my property, by early exiting a game, if it is unplayable due to a faulty service provided by you, I am able to protect my property. You cannot restrict access if you are at fault and I am not true??.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post I hope you can see the error of your ways and take the correct action in fixing your issues. Im happy for you to keep the probation if you are able to update your search function so that I am placed in playable games everytime (see MW2 as IW were able to do it). Please let me know if you guys think I should contact the ACCC so they maybe able to make a ruling on your choice to start banning people for your faulty service.
