Lost my stats for Zombies

Today 9th Febuary on the ps3 after I restarted my ps3 I logged back on to PSN and went on Black Ops 2 Zombies menu and found out I was deranked with no stats. My stats all got deleted and so did my rank so it looked like I just made a new account but my leaderboard for different game modes stayed my everything else, kills, deaths, revives all got reseted all back to 0 I was very disappointed when I saw this and dont what cause this. Please Help me.

    I have worked very hard to get my zombie stats to where they are today, and im sure you have also. Never in my life have i heard a story more sad than this one. I sencerly hope you find a way to fix this, but on the bright side you could always start new (if your stats sucked before).
