If your rank and stats have become corrupted, the Call of Duty servers will restore them using a previously stored backup. This means that your rank and stats may not be exactly where they were before the reset occurred.
Most of the time, these issues are resolved within 24 hours. This allows time for the game to sync with the servers to restore your lost rank, experience, stats, and/or achievements.
After submitting the form, we will investigate your request and provide a result via email. This is the quickest way to have your rank and stats restored.
Hey, i did this request from, 2 days ago, and still not happent nothing, i wasnt get any email to reset my stuff i lost, i did lost everything, when is passible to get any email for that or something happen?
i just did it too i earned my master prestige and diaonds they better give back all my stuff...or money back from game. i hear you bro there slow they need to keep focusing on game instead messing up peoples profile, keep fixing lag and all.
your probably not going to get all your stuff back. This problem happened to me to and i filed the claim and waited about 24 hours or so and they fixed my stats however they didnt recover eveything. I lost 45 ranks a few gold cammos and about 10 player cards... If this is the best that they are going to do they are going to lose alot of activision fans. Ive played activision games since tony hawk and they are about to loose some serious customers!!!!!
I click on link over and over again and never get form. What have I done wrong? It says I need to link account and I click on that link and it just logs me into elite. I do not know if there was a typo somewhere in this process. Does anyone know how to find out and fix????
I had the same problem and tryed your link but it still dont work... help... do you have to sign up for facebook, twitter, twitch and youtube to go to this forum or somthing like that i dont know help plz
every time i do the recover it works then it corrupts me and goes back to the way it is with the problems with the custom classes missing and the lost recticles
I try to do this but my gamertag dont appears and they say this
If you do not see your gamertag in the dropdown menu below, please go to your Call of Duty Elite profile. From there, unlink and relink the console on which the Rank and Stats reset occurred.
