Activision doesnt gaf about customer input

Been emailing activisions support center since november 14th about my custom pre-order gamer card picture, no response, they sent me a PS3 code instead of an XBOX code, when i purchased an XBOX edition of the game for pre-order. Gamestop gave me the customer support email to contact activision, ahvnt gotten a single response yet.
WTF is this horribad probation system? My Fiance, my brother, and myself live in the same house, we play on 2 different xbox's, and we are all 3 on probation after 1 game has dropped, and we have been on probation for 2 days now... we play one game (we always game together) and we get put back on a 5 minute timer after each game... about to throw this POS in the trash tbh.
