Update #1

About a week and a half ago I went to go play some black ops 2 and I had pretty bad connection, so I left multiplayer and went into a local game. After playing for a lil while I left and went back to Multiplayer. I noticed that I had a bunch of new stuff. So I clicked the classes and it reset my classes and tokens, I also got almost every callsign from this too, and my account is doing weird stuff. When this happened I was second prestige level 41.

I contacted support and they said my account would be fixed within 2 days. I waited a week and nothing happened, not even a ticket made.

Figured out thousands of other people have this same problem. And there is hope :)
