New idea for zombies: The Tower

You start at the top and you have to fight your way down a giant sky scrapper and you find weapons in desks or closets and the more floors you go down the more zombies there are. It could have 3 modes, timed mode- get down 40 floors As fast as you can,  Wipe Out- clean out all the zombies in the building, and regular survival. Is this a good idea?
