I've never had probation before until the last week.

Now whenever I get kicked for accidental hardcore team killing or I leave a game early I get a 5 minute probation!!!

WTF!!

Theres no 3 game streak or whatever it's supposed to do it happens straight away. Is this activities way of pxssxing off the hardcore players ?
