Gold Clan Tag

I am the clan leader of my clan and last night we reached level 10. I was able to get my clan tag gold but the other members of my clan can't. Any suggestions or help?

Did you set the clan tag in elite ? I see there is something locked to put clan tag in it.
Are all the members part of the clan on elite ? Maybe there is some delay.

Yes I set the tag and elite and everyone is part of the elite clan.

Make sure your clan members type the clan tag exactly as it appears on elite into BO2. Then quit the game and reload the game and it should work.

It can take up to 24 hours for Elite to sync the in-game gold clan tag for it to appear.
I had the same problem. It showed up almost a day later
