What is wrong with this game?

It was great last night.  Tonight I get 2 hitmarkers and die instantly.  Are the constantly messing with hotfixes that is changing the game every day?

 

It was watching the developers have a live stream with a moderate NAT.  They were getting awful deaths like anybody else but ignoring the problem.

    World At War isn't even this unplayable.  I can be connected to somebody in Europe, with a red bar, and still be able to get a kill.  NOT in Black Ops 2 even if they are my next door neighbor.
