I wanna know why I was banned an then reset if I haven't even played for 3 days?! Then come back to being reset?!

It happend a week or so ago but I'm refusing to give up on this because it makes no sence why I would get reset if

I haven't cheated or glitched or hacked or anything! Almost 400 something in the world on MW3 in Demo an then

BOOM reset? Why?! I'm upset at this happening to me its completely unfair...
