Black ops 2 classes reset and tokens gone

I was messing around in local and i go back to online and i lose 5 of my classes and all my tokens. I thought it was because i signed into another console but when i got back home it was the same thing. I hear you can go to callofdutyblackops 2.com and pm a developer also my states on the leaderboards all wrong.if anyone got any ideal hpw to fix it please let me no

    Same here! My friend came over and we played local splitscreen for about 30 minutes and when I went back online, I realized all my classes had reset. Luckily I haven't prestiged yet so I don't have any tokens but I also noticed that I unlocked random calling cards like "kill five enemies by throwing back a grenade" or "prestige 2 on the MTAR" or something and I've never even attempted to get those calling cards before.

    Having the same problem. Contact Cutpurse and play another fun game that doesnt require tech support...like the waiting game...

    Same here ... contacted Support and was told they are working on it, but keep playing.  I've prestiged twice since and no new prestige tokens.
