STATS RESET FOR NO REASON...

My stats were reset last night for no reason, i was playing then an error occured and i got booted and got back on about and hour later and all of my stuff were gone. someone PLEASE help me! i was a P10L48 with 8 gold guns, now i have NOTHING!!!! and for those wondering i have never boosted before.......
