Hey just yesterday i recovered my Xbox Live account at my freinds so i could play on my own account with him. Afterwords i went back to m place and started to play on my Xbox 360 and the Black Ops 2 multiplayer lobby showed on my xbox that i was reset back to level one and i know it's a glitch because it still has my calling card that you get after you master the dsr 50 sniper rifle but if it wasn't a glitch and i got reset some other way i wouldn't have that or my emblem that you also get after prestiging and leveling up! I really need help and i tried to call your suuport line but it's alway busy...... it seems like you guys don't care about your customers! Please Activision help me out!
