So here is the idea on how to get rid of it.
1- Don't allow holding your breath until completely zoomed in.
2- Don't allow firing until completely zoomed in, if zooming in.
There you go. Done. Fixed. No more getting shot before the scope gets to the eye, fewer people running around with their snipers like shotguns. Sounds like it should work, right?
