Lightning Strike Bug

Over the weekend, I had multiple occasions where my Lightning Strike screen would not show the target map. It halts at the device open animation with the blurry screen. I can set targets blindly and it will fire, but its pretty much a wasted scorestreak.

    Enemy had Counter-UAV up.  Pretty sure EMP would have a similar affect.

      If that was the case, it would not let me pull out Lightning Strike the computer at all.
