Rank Reset?

Whats happening with this error rank reset thing.
Its happened to me a few times now, and i was only going back a few levels but now its fully reset to lvl 1
I was just prestige 1 lvl 27 and had my DSR50 at Mastery
And now i go to play today, and im level 1 with no stats no nothing. full on reset.
WHAT IS GOING ON????

    This is a known occurence in the game. If you play a local game then there is a chance that your stats will reset. PM Cutpurse here on the forums and he can help you. Not overnight due to the loads of PM's he is probably getting. If you have any further questions go to the support section of the forums, you will find all of your answers inside of the MANY threads just like this one.

      This happened to me too, twice already. Will this known occurence be fixed soon or late?

       

      I won't be able to reach any goal this way... I really want those diamond snipers! ;D
