Days ago before the patch I had the same thing.  I rendered the same video 5 times and it never posted to Elite TV or my Youtube channel.  Now my Elite acts like it's never been linked.  Any attempts to link my youtube account on Firefox yielded an authentication error until recently.  Now it just returns me to the settings page with a still unlinked account.  I have succesfully posted about 15 other videos to Youtube prior, but it only recently started acting up.  I've tried on 3 different browsers, and all gave me the same result.

Until the Revolution patch rendering a video put it on my channel and my vault, now this is not working.

Also, theatre now fails to show a separate category for bookmarked films.
