Help. Stuff for Clan not registering.

I am the leader of a clan and we have been doing clan challenges. I know everyone is participating but when i look at the summaries for the clan challenges, only the stuff i do is showing up. Does anyone know what's happening? plz help

If you enlisted your Clan in Ops and Challenges before the new members joined, their participation is not counted.
